( Not very long ago her memos would suffer the indignities of being sifted through Crouch's secretaries, but Dolores Umbridge has moved up in the world—and at the Ministry. The immaculate paper aeroplane is written clear on both sides in a tiny, pink-inked feminine script. It is accompanied by a lighter, smaller twin, and the two of them soar with a definite gravitas into the Minister's inbox.
