It seems Dumbledore wasn't as canny as some believed. Of course, he wouldn't have noticed. Nessus's Bane is tasteless, as I remember, and slow-acting. You do admit to using the same poison on Dumbledore as you did on all those people in the hospital, correct? I hardly think denial of any crimes would be possible for you at this point.
