( The Black family has produced it's fair share of prejudice and passion over the generations, as well as, depending on who you talk to, more than a touch of mental and emotional instability. It has it's perks too, of course. The Blacks are one of Britain's purest of wizarding families with privilege to do almost whatever they please, and more often than not they out of puberty bearing the dignified looks of a bred linage. All these things are Regulus' legacy, and someday shall be Victoria's as well, but there is one part of her fiancé's heritage beyond the wealth and the reputation that she had been hoping would come with the package, but definitely, sadly, obviously did not. Regulus, as Valentine's day makes all too apparent, is not a particularly impressive contender in the game of romance. )
