bait_backup*In the wake of last night's disaster, a gathering of the Order of the Phoenix is not a question of if, but simply where and when. When word from Moody finally does arrive, the location looks unfamiliar and unorthodox. The Monk's Head pub is quaint and unassuming and muggle-owned, and seems a curiously public place for the meeting of a wizarding resistance force to discuss their plans. However, it is sometimes the least hidden of places that are the best for storing secrets. The basement is theirs for the night.
As Order members begin to arrive, they're greeted by Sturgis Podmore and Benji Fenwick, both waiting near the door and trying to avoid suspicion from nearby muggles as they whisper to the wizards who walk in. They direct all the members to the back of the pub, though a door, and an old staircase that leads to the lower level of the building where Moody has prepared the meeting room. Once the final member comes, Sturgis and Benji join them downstairs, locking the door behind them.*
